Optivate's technology allows you to access your system from anywhere. All you need is your Contract ID, and a few minutes.
What You Need to Know
To install the desktop app on your PC, you need:
• Contract ID
• Install Key
• Administrative access to your computer
Once you have these, installation is straightforward. Optivate automatically recognizes your account and connects to your system.
Missing Your Keys?
If you don’t have your Contract ID or Install Key:
• Contact your practice admin or Super User, or
• Reach out to Customer Service
For security reasons, we only provide keys to authorized individuals. If your keys are compromised, we can easily change your keys, so just give us a call!
Connection Issues
If you are hosting your own server and are having issues connecting to it from home or another office, your IT team might have to configure your router to allow external connections.
Please have your IT team contact Technical Support to get this set up, which should only take a few minutes to complete.
